Christmas charity concert by OFUA in aid of Cáritas Internationalis

The University of Alicante will hold the sixth edition of the Charity Christmas Rotary-UA concert, interpreted by the University of Alicante Philharmonic Orchestra (OFUA) under the baton of the artistic German conductor Tobias Gossmann. As in previous editions, all funds raised by this charity concert will go to Cáritas Internationalis. The event, held at the Alicante Provincial Council Auditorium (ADDA), will take place at 8 p.m. on 15 December.

Conducted by Tobias Gossmann this time, a new stage is beginning for the OFUA in which different guest conductors will coordinate musical training in each concert series. This way, the University of Alicante perpetuates the outstanding work done by Mihnea Ignat, who has been the artistic and music conductor so far. Moreover, he has clearly motivated the training of young performers coming from the Superior Music Conservatory of Alicante, as well as the University of Alicante itself.

Tickets are priced at €15 and they can be purchased at (Donation tickets also available), in any of the two Rotary Clubs and on-venue an hour before the concert starts.
